1. Trade Mark Searching in India

• Personal Trade Mark Search
  In personal Trade Mark searches, we conduct a search at the Trade Marks Registry and prepare a report based on our findings. Personal searches may take between 3 to 5 days from the date of receipt of the query.
• Official Trade Mark Search
  In official Trade Mark searches, a request is made to the Registrar under the provision of Section 133 of the Indian Trade Marks Act and an official report is ordered from the Trade Marks Registry. An Official Search may require longer time (varying from a week to several weeks) as compared to a personal search.

2. International Trade Mark Search

International Trade Mark searches are conducted either on the internet or through our associates in other countries.
