RKD has one of the strongest experiences in initiating and prosecuting anti-counterfeiting matters pertaining to IP prosecutions with special expertise in strategizing investigations and executing raids under the criminal provisions of the Trademark Act and Copyright Act, 1957. The anti-counterfeiting team of the firm has successfully conducted more than 2000 raids for several industries including but not limited to software, automobile, consumer electronics, luxury brands, tobacco, apparel, music, alcoholic products, confectionery, soaps and cosmetics, etc. in various jurisdictions across the country.
