Milind Joshi  is  Graduate Engineer . He has a total work experience of over 30 years, and has been working with R.K. Dewan & Co. as Senior Patent Associate.  He reviews patent related documents & patent matters like drafting, filing, prosecution, opposition, and revocation, and attends client meetings. 
Milind has varied experience in a reputed automotive industry   in the field of manufacturing, Quality Assurance, New Component Development, Vehicle/Engine testing, system implementation. Thus he possess    in-depth knowledge of  most of the  engineering processes.
He Worked in   Intellectual Property (IP) dept. in the reputed Automotive Company for more than 15 years  as Head of IP dept  and handled all IP activities (Patents/Design) to cater end to end requirements of IP life cycle. 
He is Lead Assessor in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) , ISO 14001 ( Environment Management system and ISO 45001 ( Occupational Health & safety Management System)  . He is empaneled auditor and trainer for these Management systems.
He has  In-depth experience of Prior art search analysis, drafting Provisional/complete specification, response to office actions related to Patents/Designs of Indian and foreign Patent Offices. He handled these activities for more than 500 Patents and 900 Designs in  India and in  @35 foreign countries filed through PCT or  Convention route. He has attended   more than 60 hearings including opposition IPAB matters.
