    • Manage phone calls and correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and meeting area.
    • Collaborate with various teams to support daily administrative tasks.



    • Previous front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems.
    • Impeccable organizational abilities and attention to detail.
