Disha Dewan joined the firm in January 2013.
Disha earned her BSc in Biotechnology from Imperial College London. She spent a placement year conducting research on malaria at the MRC National Institute for Medical Research in London, UK. She went on to obtain Masters in Bioscience Enterprise from Cambridge University, UK. She also successfully completed the Summer Institute for General Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Disha’s current role in the firm includes drafting of patent specifications and preparing Prior Art and Freedom to Operate search reports in the areas of life sciences, biochemistry and biotechnology. She is also actively involved in the firm’s business development undertakings.
Disha currently serves on the Asia-Pacific Law Subcommittee of INTA’s Bulletin Committee.
She is an avid traveller and enjoys adventure sports.
