Mr A K Balaji has been in the IP field for over 5 years. He primarily handles litigation at the Trade Marks Registry, the High Court and at theIntellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB). He also co-ordinates with all RKD offices for IPAB matters such as revocations and appeals from the Trade Marks Registry.He has been appointed as an ‘Advocate Commissioner’ on several occasions by the High Court of Madras.
He is active in conducting IP awareness seminars and workshops for academic and industrial organizations all over South India.
He is a member of the Madras High Court Advocate Association and the Intellectual Property Advocates Bar Association.
