1. Graduate with good academic records
2. Providing assistance in Trademark filing, maintaining filing systems and formal work in relation to drafting and submission of documents
3. 1 year of work experience as 'Trademark Paralegal' preferred
4. Good command over the English language & good communication skills
5. Must be detail-oriented, with analytical personality
6. Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Networking, Internet & Email)
7. Capable of handling emails and managing files efficiently
8. Capable of handling independent correspondence
9. Capable of handling difficult situations & deadlines
10. Capable of interacting confidently with clients, associates and other members of the team on a regular basis
11. Drafting letters and maintaining files

Terms and conditions:

1. Candidates will be required to sign a contract for a minimum period of three years.
2. Salary and other terms shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
