Dr. Niti Dewan was conferred with the IP Gems Recognition Award for her stellar contributions to the field of Intellectual Property. In addition to that honour, our decades-established, veteran law firm RK Dewan & Co. was presented with the IP Excellence Recognition Award at the Questel Executive IP Summit 2019.

Our Senior Patent Consultant, Dr. Rajinder Sapru received both awards on RKD’s behalf, from Mr. Jeferson Staelens, Product Manager and Head of Questel, Singapore and Mr. Sandeep Mishra, Director of Sales, Questel, India & Middle East.

The awards function held on 23rd August at the luxury, 5-star hotel, The Lalit, Mumbai, was organised by Questel, a global, end-to-end IP solutions provider.

Congratulations and a big Thank You to all our teams and offices for bagging not one, but two trophies! It was indeed a pleasure to bring them home.

A complement of 21 skilled engineers and scientists working out of our Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru offices have successfully cleared the Patent Agent Examination, 2018. Mr. Gaurang Dhond from Pune is among the top 10 scorers all over India. Our super girls of RKD, viz., Ms. Bhagyashree Laghate and Ms. Sharvari Kelkar from Pune were not far behind and have both scored above 200 out of a total of 250 in the Patent Agent Exam.

All the qualifiers have made us feel elated and we at RKD are extremely proud and extend our heartiest congratulations to the newly inducted Patent Agents at our Firm.
